    By signing below, applicant(s) represents that all information in this application is true and complete under Penalty of Perjury. Applicant(s) hereby authorizes a credit and police check, judgment search, and verification of references. Applicant(s) understands that if any information is found to be false or misleading the application fee and all deposit money being held by Landlord will not be returned. Applicant(s) further agrees that Landlord may end the lease immediately if any false information has been provided in this application after move in. Renters insurance is required if bringing a pet.

    Application must be completely filled out as applicable to prospective tenant. Verify all employment, references, and previous landlord before submitting packet for approval. Completed application and all supporting documents must be received in one email addressed to:

    Once prospective tenant is approved, proceed with showing property. DO NOT submit an RFTA. RFTA submitted to Colliers Property Management as a supporting document. Colliers Property Management will submit all RFTAs.

    Applications cannot be processed until all information requested has been received:

    • Proof of income. Market tenants must show a minimum of 3xrent. 4x is preferred.
    • Copies of drivers licenses and Social Security cards for everyone 18 years or older.
    • Copy of Rental Reference form verifying previous residence.
    • Copy of current BGE bill.
    • Photos of current living conditions.
    • Credit check required for Market tenants.

    Please Note:

    1. Security Deposit equals 1 month’s rent
    2. 2 year lease required for voucher tenants
    3. 3 year lease for Market tenants
    4. 2 months security required for Market tenants with credit score less than 650
    5. 1 year work history for Market tenants
